Shippers are constantly evaluating the build capacity vs. buy outsourcing resources. When should I invest in external dedicated support and when should I develop internal resources?

Deciding when to keep or expand your internal resources and when to bring in a 3PL such as AW2 Logistics can be difficult. There is no one right answer – the right mix will depend upon your unique supply chain needs.
